Just a heads up
June 13th, 2009 | by Joe Lucia |Hey everyone, I’ll be going to the game in Baltimore today and tomorrow, and should be back tomorrow evening. I’m not bringing my laptop, so there won’t be any entries until Sunday night, when I’ll post the series recap. The Braves are off on Monday, and jump back into action on Tuesday with an intradivisional matchup against the Reds, who they handled in Cincinnati earlier this series, winning the series 2 games to 1.
STAT OF THE DAY: The Braves are tied for 3rd in the majors in strikeouts, with 471 Ks by the pitching staff. God bless Javier Vazquez.
